Micro flow meter used in antacid milk filling

One of our Thailand customer sent us an inquiry. They said they are interested in our food grade flow meters.

The information provided by the customer is as follows:

Specification is

1. Stainless Steel 316

2. Orifice 1/2"

3. Flow rate around 25 liter/minimum

They are developing antacid milk solution filling machine and our previous flow sensor system 

was Solution tank>pump>check valve>solenoid valve>flow sensor.

From this picture, you can see it is plastic flow meters, but they need stainless steel material for food grade.

Because of viscous solution, the customer had already changed flow sensor from turbine flow meter to oval gear flow sensor 

but they want to use stainless steel sensor instead of plastic one.

They are planning to use in production line and sell this system to other manufacturers.

Our customer also foreseen the great opportunity in his country because oval gear flow sensor had not much more popular 

in Thailand yet, it s a great opportunity then.

In the end we suggested him to use our oval gear flow meter M12SS
