II. Safety Protection Devices

Oil-Water Sensor

Function: Real-time monitoring of moisture within the pump body's sealing oil chamber. Upon detecting a leak, an alarm is triggered and 

the pump is shut down immediately, preventing water intrusion and burnout of the motor.

Advantage: Avoids sudden failures caused by traditional mechanical seal failure, extending equipment life.

Thermal Switch (Thermal Protector)

Function: Built into the motor stator winding, automatically cuts power when the temperature exceeds a set value (e.g., 120°C), preventing

 motor overheating and damage.

Advantage: Replaces traditional thermal relays with faster response and more precise protection.

Full Protection Device (Optional)

Function: Integrated leakage, overload, short-circuit, and phase loss protection, supporting remote monitoring and fault logging.

Application Scenario: Safety-critical applications such as municipal engineering and industrial wastewater treatment.


III. Control Cabinet Support Solution

15KW Liquid Level Direct Start/Stop, One-Control-Three Control Cabinet

Function: Automatically controls the start and stop of three pumps via a float switch or ultrasonic level gauge, supporting alternating 

operation of the primary and backup pumps.

Protection Features:

Leakage protection (operating current ≤ 30mA)

Overload protection (inverse time characteristic)

Phase loss protection (power cutoff within 0.5 seconds)

Overtemperature protection (interlocked with a thermal switch)

15KW Liquid Level Direct Start/Stop, One-Control-Four Control Cabinet

Extended Function: Adds a backup pump to the "one-control-three" system, supporting alternating operation of four pumps. Suitable for

Control Logic Example

High Water Level Start: When the liquid level reaches the upper limit, the primary pump starts; if the liquid level continues to rise, the

 backup pumps are activated in sequence.

Low Water Level Shutdown: When the liquid level drops to the lower limit, all pumps stop.

Failover: If the primary pump fails, the backup pump automatically takes over, ensuring continuous drainage.
