2. Warranty and spare parts:

The bidder shall confirm a warranty period of at least one year from the date of supply and provide proof, and shall provide spare parts that 

operate without trouble during the warranty period.

The supplier shall submit a list of spare parts outside the warranty period that may wear out during continuous operation, and the list shall 

include the spare part name/part number, quantity and unit price.

3. Documents:

The bidder shall submit the operation and maintenance manual (soft copy and hard copy) of the pump, including the spare parts manual 

(soft copy and hard copy).
