Selection of gear metering pumps for mixing acrylic glue and bridging agent

Today, a customer consulted about the specific selection and quotation of metering pumps for mixing chemical reagents and glue

He provided the following detailed information:

A: Acrylic glue (containing solvents: ethyl acetate, toluene) (viscosity 2000-20000cps)

B. Bridging agent 1 (containing solvents: gasoline, toluene) (8%-15%, viscosity <100CPS)

C. Bridging agent 2 (containing solvents: gasoline, toluene) (viscosity <100CPS)

Ratio range (ABC): 100 kg: 2~3.5 kg: 0.1~1.2 kg

Flow rate per hour: A pump 600kg/h, B pump 12-21kg, C pump 0.6-7.2kg,

Pressure: 0.4-0.6mPa

Temperature: no more than 50°

Confirm the corrosiveness, what are the requirements for the material, and how there is gasoline
