Both the housing and gears are made of PPS (polyphenylene sulfide), immune to the acidic components in flux, eliminating the risk of

 metal corrosion and ensuring a long service life.

Oval Gear Principle, High Accuracy Even at Low Viscosity

Volume measurement is unaffected by liquid viscosity, maintaining a measurement accuracy of ±1% across the entire range, especially 

suitable for low flow rate scenarios of 10-300 mL/min.

NPN pulse output, PLC compatible. Supports 5-24VDC power supply, outputs NPN pulse signals, and can be directly connected to a PLC 

or counter to achieve flow totalization and closed-loop control.

Pressure and temperature resistant, easy installation.

Temperature resistance: -30~80℃

Interface: G1/4 external thread, highly versatile, reliable sealing.
