Ultrasonic clamp on liquid flow meter
Clamp-on Liquid Flow Meter, also known as clamp-on liquid flow meter, is a non-contact flow measurement instrument that measures the flow of fluid in the pipeline through a sensor installed externally on the pipeline without direct contact with the fluid. Working principle
Clamp-on Liquid Flow Meter mainly measures flow based on the principle of ultrasonic time difference method. Specifically, it uses the
fact that when ultrasonic waves propagate in the fluid, the flow of the fluid will change the propagation speed of the ultrasonic waves,
thereby generating a time difference (i.e., the time difference between downstream propagation and upstream propagation). By measuring
this time difference and combining parameters such as the inner diameter of the pipeline and the sound velocity of the fluid, the flow of
the fluid can be calculated.

Non-contact measurement: The sensor is installed outside the pipeline and does not directly contact the fluid, avoiding the risk of damage
to the sensor due to fluid properties (such as corrosiveness, high temperature and high pressure, etc.).
Easy installation: No need to drill holes or weld on the pipe, just fix the sensor to the outside of the pipe with a clamp, which greatly reduces
installation time and cost.
Wide range of applications: It can be used to measure various liquids, including corrosive liquids, high viscosity liquids, and liquids containing
solid particles.
High precision: Through advanced digital signal processing technology, high-precision flow measurement can be achieved to meet the needs
of various industrial applications.
Remote monitoring: Some Clamp-on Liquid Flow Meters support communication protocols such as RS485 and Modbus, and can be
connected to computers or control systems to achieve remote monitoring and data transmission.

Clamp-on Liquid Flow Meter is widely used in industries such as petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, pharmaceuticals, and water treatment to
