Today I received an email from a customer who needs a booster pump for water delivery.

He provided the following details:

Medium, normal temperature water

Three-way output, 5MPa, output has two specifications: 100g/s, accuracy ±2g/s,

and 20g/s, accuracy ±0.5g/s.

Need to prepare pressure (booster pump, output needs to be held)

No pulsation

Can be recommended according to two schemes

One is the main pump + 3-way flow meter + electric flow control valve, PLC control (PLC is available on the customer site)

Two is 3 pumps + 3 flow meters PLC control (PLC is available on the customer site)

After research by our technicians, we gave the following scheme:

Piston metering pump

Model JZ360L/5MPa

Material 304 stainless steel

Diameter threaded joint

Power 1.5KW-4 ordinary

Equipped with damper, but there will be pulsation

Magnetic pump 3.0-88 high pressure strong magnetic, but the gear life will be very short, and the gear needs to be replaced later.

 The gear is a wearing part
