The client's operating requirements were clearly specific, mainly divided into two parts:

Sodium hydroxide solution conveying: The medium is a 20% concentration sodium hydroxide solution, free of particles, in a normal

 temperature environment. The required flow rate is 110 kg/h, with a commonly used flow rate of 40-50 kg/h, and a minimum of 

20 kg/h; the outlet backup pressure is 5-7 kg, which can be flexibly adjusted according to production capacity. The inlet pipe is DN25, 

the outlet pipe is DN15, and an explosion-proof variable frequency motor is required.

Water-based media transportation: The medium is water, with a common flow rate of 800 kg/h and a maximum of 1300 L/h. The outlet 

backup pressure is also 5-7 kg. An explosion-proof variable frequency motor is required, and vertical installation is necessary.

The characteristics and transportation parameters of these two media differ significantly. Sodium hydroxide solution is highly corrosive,

 requiring extremely high corrosion resistance from the pump; water has a large flow rate, placing specific requirements on the pump's 

transportation capacity and installation method. Furthermore, the configuration of an explosion-proof variable frequency motor reflects

 the emphasis on production safety and energy-saving control.

(II) 18CC-128 Magnetic Drive Pump with 1.5KW Explosion-Proof Variable Frequency Motor (Two-Stage)

For water media transportation needs, this magnetic drive pump demonstrates powerful transportation capabilities:

High Flow Rate: The pump's maximum flow rate can meet peak demand of 1300L/h, and it operates efficiently at commonly used flow

 rates of 800kg/h. The outlet backup pressure remains stable at 5-7 kg, ensuring smooth water media transportation.

Explosion-Proof Variable Frequency Advantages: The 1.5KW explosion-proof variable frequency motor (two-stage) provides excellent 

explosion-proof performance. The variable frequency function allows for flexible power adjustment based on actual flow requirements,

Notes: It should be noted that this pump is designed for horizontal installation and cannot meet the vertical installation requirements
