Engineered with an SS316 stainless steel pump body and PEEK gears, this pump delivers excellent resistance against strong alkali attack and handles media temperatures up to 45°C. The magnetic drive design ensures 100% leak-free operation, eliminating seal failure risks and enhancing safety when handling hazardous fluids.
With a displacement of 6.0 mL/R and adjustable flow range of 1 to 10 L/min via variable frequency drive, the pump provides stable, pulse-free flow for accurate dosing and metering applications. It operates at 0.5 MPa working pressure and features G3/4 connections for easy system integration.
The complete package includes a Wenzhou Nanyang secondary explosion-proof variable frequency motor (750W, 380VAC, 2900R/min) and a #88 magnetic coupling assembly, making it suitable for use in potentially explosive atmospheres.
