Single Meter Test The Fuel Consumption System 

  The Single meter with higher accuracy than double meters measure the fuel consumption.And the single meter's installation is more easily.You would not install the flow meters on the fuel supply and return line.

the double meters measurement with more large error,If the flow rate is 100GPH in the fuel system,the accuracy of flow meters is 0.5%, the error of the double meters may be about 15%. but the single meter would with 0.5% error.Moreover,thermal expansion and contraction of fuel would inforance the volume of the medium thus the accuracy got damage.Also need the pay attention to can not enter the air into the return oil line when you install the flow meters.in order to avoid this problem,our company develop the new design fuel sonsumption flow meter,so you could measure the fuel sonsumption with high accuracy.

  Install the flow metes at the engines system with many precautions.First,we will install the exhaust device at the system,in order to avoid any air got into the piping,But we must change the pipe structure.Second,we need adjust the pressure based on the location of pump to keep the whole pipe system pressure balance.so it could keep the fuel system smooth.
