The plug-in electromagnetic flowmeter has the advantages of high cost performance, convenient installation and maintenance, etc. How to 

clean it in daily use?

For inorganic pollution, the electrode can be immersed in 0.1mol/L dilute hydrochloric acid for 30 minutes, washed with pure water, and then 

immersed in 3.5MOL/L potassium chloride solution for 6 hours before use.

Soak in 4% hydrogen fluoride solution for 3 to 5 seconds, take it out and rinse it with distilled water, then soak it in 0.1mol/L hydrochloric acid 

solution for several hours, and rinse it with distilled water.

For organic oil and oil film pollution, the surface of platinum or gold can be cleaned with detergent and then cleaned with pure water, and then

 soaked in 3.5MOL/L potassium chloride solution for 6 hours before use.

Platinum surface is seriously polluted to form an oxide film. You can use toothpaste to polish the platinum or gold surface, then wash it with 

pure water, and then immerse it in 3.5MOL/L potassium chloride solution for 6 hours before use.

It is usually necessary to conduct periodic visual inspections of the plug-in electromagnetic flowmeter, check the surrounding environment of 

the electromagnetic flowmeter, remove dirt, ensure that no water and other substances enter, check whether the wiring is in good condition, 

and check whether there are new strong electromagnetic field equipment or new wires near the instrument. across the meter.
