Selection of air vortex flow meter

Today, a customer wanted to measure air flow, but the flow range to be measured is relatively large, 0-2000m3/h. 

The customer did not know how to choose a suitable air flowmeter

He provided us with the following information:

Medium: air,

Pressure 60kpa,

Temperature normal temperature

Flow 0-2000m3/h,

Using one vortex flowmeter cannot measure the full range, multiple vortex flowmeters are required to measure,

the smaller the minimum flow, the better, which flowmeters are recommended to use, and whether to install multiple 

pipes or one pipe in parallel

After analysis, our technicians told him that there are several options:

Vortex flow meter, if using conventional type, at least 4 calibers are required:

DN15:4-12 cubic

DN32:15-120 cubic

DN80:80-800

DN15:180-2000

Use high-end type, 3 calibers

DN15:3-18

DN40:14-250

DN80:40-2000

If you choose a thermal flow meter, choose 2 calibers:

DN15:0.65-65

DN65 (high flow rate): 12-2400
