JSN micro oval gear flow meters are widely used in the spraying industry, automotive painting, and motor coil painting. The spray paint industry

be varnished (the varnish is transparent), and the coating amount is relatively small, so it is not easy for workers to find such a situation. This will

 cause the produced rotor coil to enter the product assembly in a state without varnish coating. However, when the rotor is working, it will wear

 back and forth, causing the coil to be scrapped, resulting in scrapped products and affecting the reputation of the manufacturer.

With the addition of a flow meter, the coating flow can be monitored in time, and the coating volume can be accurate to a few milliliters. If it 

exceeds or falls below the set amount, the flowmeter will give an alarm signal. Workers will know the problem at the first time and deal with

 it to ensure the quality of each factory product.
