Common fault reasons and troubleshooting methods for glue micro gear flowmeters

1. No signal from the flow sensor: the gear is stuck or the circuit is connected incorrectly or the circuit is 

damaged. Need to clean the gear and cavity, or reconnect the circuit correctly, or replace the circuit.

2. The flow error is too large: the actual flow range is lower than or much larger than the flow meter 

range. The flowmeter of the corresponding range needs to be selected.

3. Small flow error is too large: The flowmeter is installed in the wrong direction, and the best position is

 in and out.

4. The gear does not rotate: the gear is stuck by debris, and the gear and cavity need to be cleaned, and

 the filter should be cleaned or replaced.
