How to install micro-liquid flowmeter:
1. Select the connection section filled with liquid, such as the vertical section of the pipe (inflow from bottom to top is appropriate) or the level pipe filled with liquid (the least point of all the pipes is appropriate).
2. The measuring position should be more than 5D upstream and downstream of the camera, and there should be a 3D connection in the middle and downstream of the camera;
3. The selection of measuring points shall try to eliminate pumps, gate valves and other machinery and equipment to prevent the dry torsion of liquid flowmeter measurement;
4. The measurement points should be selected to eliminate power broadcasting stations and strong magnetic field interference signals.
Note for minor installation:
1. The center line of the measuring level must be infinitely close to the level bearing;
2. The measuring pipe must be filled with liquid safely;
3. There should be 5×D(D is the nominal diameter of the flow meter) and 3×D(D is the nominal diameter of the flow meter) in the front of the flow meter and 3×D(D is the nominal diameter of the flow meter) in the rear of the flow meter.
4. The flow direction of fluid mechanics is consistent with the arrow sign of the flowmeter;
5. If there is a vacuum pump in the pipeline, it will damage the lining of the flowmeter.
6. There should be no magnetic field around the flowmeter;
7. There should be sufficient indoor space around the flowmeter for easy installation and maintenance;
8. If there is vibration in the total flow pipeline, there should be fixed rubber supports on both sides of the flow meter
9. When measuring mixed liquids of different substances, the distance between the mixing point and the flowmeter should be at least 30×D(D is the nominal diameter of the flowmeter);
10. In order to facilitate the cleaning and maintenance of the flowmeter in the future, bypass valve pipelines should be installed, and ensure that the front 5 and rear 3D connection sections of the liquid flowmeter.
