Coke oven gas has high temperature and high humidity when it leaves the factory, so

 we have moisture management in the process of gas transportation.

Electromagnetic flow meter is an inductive instrument manufactured according to 

Faraday's law of electromagnetic induction to measure the volume flow of conductive

 medium in a pipe.

Vortex flow meter is a volume flowmeter that measures the volume flow of gas, steam

 or liquid, the volume flow of standard conditions or the mass flow. Mainly used for 

flow measurement of industrial pipeline medium fluid, such as gas, liquid, steam and 

other media.

Magnetic flap liquid level gauge + analog liquid level transmitter, consists of two 

parts: liquid level sensor and signal converter. The liquid level sensor is composed of 

several reed switches and several resistors installed in a φ20 stainless steel protective

 tube. The protective tube is fastened to the outside of the measuring tube (main tube); 

the signal converter is composed of electronic modules, which are placed on the 

explosion-proof wiring at the top or bottom of the sensor. Three, the main technical

Precautions for use on site

1) It is well known to the users that the electromagnetic flowmeter is not suitable to be

 installed in the occasion of strong vibration, but in the occasion of frequent change of

 the magnetic field, the vortex flow sensor will measure the signal output higher than

 the normal value.

3) Since the impurities in the coke oven gas are easier to crystallize, the impurities 

condense on the sensor head, resulting in inaccurate measurement. At elevated 

temperatures, volatile impurities, increase sensitivity, signal enhancement; contrast 

decreases. cause data instability.

Practical research has proved that in the field without gas flow, when the vortex flow 

sensor technology is in the developing and changing magnetic field, at the moment 

of the magnetic field change, the vortex flow sensor will sense an error signal and 

output, when the change process is over, the instrument is in In such a stable 

magnetic field, the instrument will output as a normal working signal.
