Recently, I received a consultation from a customer who needed to measure grease flow. He needed to find a suitable grease flow meter:

Hello, i have a request in which a customer want to have a grease flow confirmation. They ask to put something after a shot metering valve

 that have to confirm the grease passage. Is a qualitative information, they not need to know the amount passed. Depending on the station

 the amount will be between 50 and 300 mm3. I had the idea to mount the most economical gear flow meter you have, 30 or 40 mm3 / impulse

 will be perfect. Potential 50/100 pcs/year

  Is a grease nlgi2 so imagine normal lubrication grease. Pressure will be not high consider that after the flow sensor will be open outlet, 

the metering valve will be before the sensor

For point-of-equipment lubrication, you only need to confirm the passage of grease, no precise measurement is required.

The technical manager recommended M5.2 and G0.015 to customers

G0.015 would be better because the viscosity of the grease is very high, making it easier for circular gears to pass without jamming the gears.

The customer finally chose G0.015

Why do you need a grease flow meter? When large equipment is used for a long time and is exposed to the air, it is easy to get stuck, causing

 the equipment to not operate normally, or even the equipment to break down. Therefore, it is necessary to grease the equipment to make it 

run well, which reduces maintenance costs.

When using a flow meter to remove grease, a pulse signal will appear when grease is produced. Customers only need to ensure that the 

pulse signal appears continuously and stably, and there is no need to worry about the equipment being broken due to lack of lubrication.

high resolution. For example, the pulse coefficient of conventional G0.015 is 0.015ml/P, and the high frequency G0 The .015 pulse coefficient
